Over the past 35 years, Barry S. Josephson has authored, co-authored, and/or extensively edited hundreds of different published works, including:

• Bar review outlines, books, and other study aids on virtually every subject tested on any state bar exam (as well as on some subjects taught in law school but not on any state bar exam)
• Numerous materials concerning the structure of, and the techniques for studying for and doing well on, the Multistate Bar Exam, the California Bar Exam, the bar exams of most other large states, and the California “Baby Bar”
• An extensive programmed learning system and other testing materials on virtually every subject tested on any state bar examination (as well as some which are not), including pre-study diagnostic probe questions, post-study reinforcement and review questions, and sample questions and "model" and/or explanatory answers to each kind of question that a bar applicant or law student is likely to see on any exam
